The design-and-build project, carried out in partnership with Climacer, was successfully completed, and the Mafra Clinic is now ready to open its doors to patients in a brand-new, purpose-built facility at a new location.

The plot of land where the clinic is located totals 9,417 m², of which 2,354 m² were ceded to the public domain to enhance and allow the community to enjoy this space.

The new facility, with a construction area of approximately 1,700 m², includes 19 consultation rooms covering multiple specialties (such as cardiology, pediatrics, gynecology, ophthalmology, among others), organized around designated waiting areas. It also features three exam rooms (offering MRI, ultrasound, mammography, X-ray, and orthopantomography) and a sample collection room — all aimed at expanding and improving access to healthcare services in the region.
